Hi, I’m Jennie, a 33-year old living in Tuscaloosa, AL with my two cats, Rhiannon & Ava, and a fish named Coby
I have been predominantly vegetarian (technically considered a flexitarian) since 2001. I discovered the world of raw food that year as well, along with juicers, vita-mix blenders, dehydrators, sprout bags, spiralizers and lots of other cool things I eventually added to my kitchen arsenal.
Photography is something that has always fascinated me so this blog is going to be my official experiment in the photo world. Come join me…
CrunchyLettuce is my blog featuring vegetarian, vegan, and raw vegan recipes, nutrition info, food photography, how-to, videos, and more! If you love cooking, eating healthy foods, and generally consider yourself a “foodie” and you enjoy exploring new territory, then this is the place for you! You will see a lot of raw vegan posts on this site because raw food is a passion of mine as well.
Thanks for stopping by!
Please feel free to comment on anything you find interesting!

The majority of my posts will be in the raw vegan category. However, I am hoping to attract readers who are vegetarian and vegan as well. Be assured that you will find plenty of raw vegan goodies here
